1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Call-Out Services platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations. You must not:

• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its servers.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the platform.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the platform or any connected network.
• Use the platform to advertise third-party services or conduct off-platform solicitation.

2. User Content

When you submit reviews, photos, job descriptions, or any other content on the platform, you grant Call-Out Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for operational and promotional purposes. You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

3. Reviews & Ratings

• Reviews must be honest, based on genuine personal experience, and free from offensive language.
• Incentivised or fabricated reviews are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Call-Out Services reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

4. Platform Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

5. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. Call-Out Services does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies strictly for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. By using the platform, you consent to the use of these essential cookies. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use or our Terms & Conditions. You may also request account closure by contacting us at calloutservices10@gmail.com. Wallet balances will be refunded (net of applicable fees) within 5 business days of account closure, subject to verification.

8. Artisan Conduct

• Artisans must arrive at job sites at the agreed time, maintain professional conduct, and complete jobs to the client's reasonable satisfaction.
• Artisans must not solicit direct payments outside the platform for services booked through Call-Out Services.
• Artisans found to have falsified qualifications or certifications will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

9. Client Conduct

• Clients must treat artisans with respect and not subject them to unsafe, abusive, or discriminatory conditions.
• Clients must ensure access to the service location and provide all necessary information for the job.
• Clients must pay all agreed amounts promptly through the platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
