1. About Call-Out Services

Call-Out Services Ltd ("we", "our", "the platform") is an on-demand artisan dispatch platform connecting registered service users (clients) with verified skilled tradespeople (artisans) in Nigeria. Our registered office is at 4 Malanje Street, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a client or artisan.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Corporate accounts must be represented by an authorised individual.
• Accounts are non-transferable and for personal/business use only.

3. Platform Role

Call-Out Services acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. We do not employ artisans; they are independent contractors. We are not liable for the quality, legality, timeliness, or outcome of any service rendered. All disputes between clients and artisans are subject to our dispute resolution policy.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately at calloutservices10@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

5. Payments & Wallet

• All payments are processed electronically through our approved payment gateways (Paystack, Globalpay).
• Cash payments are strictly prohibited. Any cash transaction is at the client's sole risk and cannot be verified or disputed through the platform.
• Wallet funds are held in a non-interest-bearing account for operational purposes.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification and processing timelines of up to 3 business days.
• Transaction fees may apply and are displayed before confirmation.

6. Artisan Registration Fee

Artisans are required to pay a one-time registration fee of ₦30,000 (discounted rate of ₦24,000 may apply during promotions). This fee covers verification, profile setup, and platform onboarding. It is non-refundable once the artisan account is activated.

7. Service Requests

• Clients agree to provide accurate service location and job descriptions.
• Artisans accept or decline job requests within the allotted timeout period (default: 2 minutes).
• Cancellation after artisan dispatch may attract a cancellation charge.
• Clients must not use the platform to solicit services outside its intended scope.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any user or staff member.
• Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempting to bypass or manipulate the platform's payment or rating systems.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Call-Out Services Ltd and is protected under Nigerian copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Call-Out Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services rendered by artisans. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in dispute.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Abuja, FCT.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
